Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has prepared a draft to conduct remaining Recruitment examinations, following the centre’s guidelines. The written examinations of Haryana Police, Patwari, Canal Patwari and Gram Sachiv will be conducted according to Commission schedule, HSSC member says in an interview. The direct recruitment examinations under Haryana Staff Selection Commission, which are postponed due to Corona virus will be conducted after situation becomes more feasible.
Contradicting the reports of, cancellation of new exams for one year, HSSC member Bhopal Khatri assures aspirants that Commission will conduct examinations of pending 2018-20 recruitments including Patwari, Gram Sachiv, Police Constable & SI in coming weeks.
HSSC Police, Patwari, Gram Sachiv exam dates:
All competitive and recruitment examinations which are postponed, to be conducted after situation turns suitable, says HSSC member Bhopal Khatri. In first, HSSC is going to conduct PTI Teacher examination on 23 August 2020. The decision is taken in view of Supreme Court order, he said.
Commission has prepared schedule of examinations including Haryana Police Constable / SI, HSSC Patwari, Canal Patwari & Gram Sachiv. After reviewing the number of applications received, the detailed schedule of examination (shift wise) to be intimated shortly. Examinations will be conducted only after the coronavirus crises, he added.

HSSC Exam Calendar:
On the verge of SSC & UPSC, Haryana Staff Selection Commission is also working on the examination calendar which will consist of details of release of advertisement, examination date, result date & Interview dates etc. “Commission conducts examinations with transparency and after receiving suggestions on preparation of exam calendar is working on examination calendar as similar to SSC & UPSC. Answering a question on volatile examination pattern in examinations conducted by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Khatri said HSSC follows its own examination pattern which is constituted by Government of Haryana. HSSC notifies about the exam pattern which states the number of questions per subject and also intimates on pattern in advance at official website. After the new act, now five marks under socio-economic criteria will be given only to students belonging to Haryana state, Bhopal Khatri said in an interview.
What is HSSC Exam Pattern:
Exam pattern for PTI Teacher Exam 23 Aug: The written examination for the PTI post will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions and divided into two portions comprising:- Written Examination- 200 Marks.
Exam pattern for Haryana Police/ Patwari/ Gram Sachiv: 1) Written Examination- 90 Marks
The examination for the said post will comprise of 90 multiple choice question of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:-
a) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and Concerned or Relevant Subject, as applicable.
b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. Each question will carry equal marks.
Note- Socio-Economic criteria and experience- 10 Marks. No applicant shall be given more than 10 marks for socio-economic criteria and experience under any circumstances.
