Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has decided to cancel the Patwari, Canal Patwari, and Gram Sachiv Examination due to COVID-19 and administrative reasons. The exam was supposed to be held on January 07, 08 and 09, 2022.
According to a viral social media notice, the written examination for Patwari, Canal Patwari, and Gram Sachiv posts which was to be held on January 07, 08, and 09, 2022, now has been cancelled on administrative grounds. However, the exam cancellation notice is yet to be released on the official website hssc.gov.in.
It should be noted that the official confirmation regarding the exam cancellation and new date only be informed through the website hssc.gov.in. Hence the candidates are asked to keep a check for official confirmation.
Referring the viral exam cancellation notice, several educators have also confirmed through their YouTube channels that the exam has been cancelled. Among them an online educator Krishan Mohan Sir informs the same.
The combined-exam had already been postponed twice. In early December, HSSC differed the exam due to the clash with CBSE board exams. While releasing the recruitment notifications in 2019-20, HSSC conducted the Gram Sachiv exam in January 2021, which was later cancelled after the paper was found leaked.
Based on the viral notice, the commission has not decided new exam dates for the Gram Sachi, Patwair and Canal Patwari exam. Meantime, it is expected that the exam may be conducted after Haryana Common Eligibility Test (Haryana CET 2022) which shall take place in February this year.
HSSC had invited the online applications for the posts of Gram Sachiv, Patwari, and Canal Patwari against Advt. No. 07, 08 and 09 of 2019, in Panchayat Development, Land Record and Irrigation & Water Resources Departments in 2019.
