Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has urged for the alternate way of teaching and to support learning of Children at home. Delhi is looking or alternate way, if the school closure in Delhi continue after March 31. Meeting of the constituted body in which as many as 15 people took part, will be re-held on 26 March to review the learning methods for students at home due to the virus. In Delhi Schools have been shut down till March 31 and are to resume on April 1, 2020. In case the extension of closure gets extended Deputy Chief Minister urged Body members to take alternate way to support learning of Education.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday urged Teachers, Principals, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), few Private Schools and other heads of studies for the alternate plan of study.
Deputy CM said we should be prepared for circumstances where the closure of schools might be extended. Let’s come up with learning activities for children confined to their homes due to the closure of Schools. Delhi Government has taken the step to shut all Govt / Private Schools, Educational institutes till March 31, 2020 in wake of COVID 19 as a precautionary step.
The unique solutions are asked by Delhi Education Minister from teachers, officials from the Directorate of Education, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, head of studies to bring new ideas and unique solutions to impart Knowledge if the schools closure in Delhi extends 31st of March and stay shut ahead of April 1, 2020.

The body constituted with 15 members to take a measure on 26 and will decide further action and guidelines in recommendation from Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD). The participants are urged to join on scheduled date by Video Conferencing.
Along side of National capital Delhi, several other states including Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Goa have shut down Schools and other Educational institutes till March 31. In India the toll of Covid 19 virus positive cases has cross 150 mark. Three people have died so far in country and nine cases are confirmed.
