The Department of Forest & Wildlife, Govt. of NCT Delhi on Monday announced the exam dates for Forest Guard. The Forest Department has scheduled to conduct the Forest Guard exam from 1 to 7 March 2021 at designated centres in Delhi and NCR. The online exam will be conducted on computer-screen, following social-distancing and other Covid19 guidelines.
The Department of Forests and Wildlife will hold the examination for the post of Forest Guard through online mode i.e Computer Based Test as per examination from 01.03.2021 to 07.03.2021. Examination center and Date of Examination and Time of exam shall be mentioned in the E-Admit card to be available on the official website i.e http://forest.delhigovt.nic.in.
Earlier, the Department had scheduled to conduct the Forest Guard exam on 15th and 16th March 2020, which later postponed due to Covid19 pandemic. Now after the situation turns more conducive the Department decides to hold a Computer-Based exam from 01 to 07 March 2021 for the recruitment of Forest Guard, 211 posts in Forest Department, Govt of NCT Delhi.
Candidate can download their admit card from 15 February 2021 to 7 March 2021 on the Departmental website http://forest.delhigovt.nic.in. The candidates are advised to visit the website of the Department regularly for further information.
"The candidates may also be informed on their registered mobile no. as well. But in case a candidate does not get any information on his/her mobile no. due to any reason, then it would not give any right to the candidate for extension of downloading of admit card or re-examination", an official notice reads.

In the computer-based test (Online mode), each question will carry one mark. In order to avoid guesswork, a negative marking scheme will be applicable and 1/4th of the mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The following four sections will be asked in the computer-based online test for all the posts i.e General intelligence, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension. A total of 200 questions shall be asked carrying a maximum of 200 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
