The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to announce the schedule for the CTET July 2021 examination. According to the reports, the CTET 15th edition shall be held on the 3rd Sunday of July 2021, likely at more than 700 centres across the country. Candidates eyeing to register for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-July) 2021 session shall be facilitated the registration facility online at https://ctet.nic.in, likely in April end or May starting.
A detailed 'Information Bulletin' regarding CTET July 2021 session examination will be published by the Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE). Once the notification released, the application window shall remain activated for at least 3 weeks. A fee of Rs- 1000/- to be paid by General/OBC (NCL) candidates for Paper 1 or 2 (Rs.1200/- for both papers). Whereas, candidates of SC/ST/Diff. Abled Person categories will be asked to pay a fee of Rs.500/- for Paper 1 or 2 (Rs 600/- for both papers).
CBSE CTET July 2021: Candidates can apply ‘ON-LINE’through CTET website www.ctet.nic.in.The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form and upload their scanned images of the latest photograph & signature. After successful submission of data and requisite fee, Candidates are required to take a print-out of the Confirmation Page.
CTET July 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
Based on the reports, the examination will be held on Sunday in 2 shifts (Morning and Evening sessions). Paper, I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V. And, Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Earlier, January 2021 session CTET examination was held on 31st January 2021 (Sunday). The examination was held following social-distancing and COVID-19 guidelines laid by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
Method of Submission of Online Application Form:
STEP 1: Log on to CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in
STEP 2: Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.
STEP 3: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
STEP 4: Upload Scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature
STEP 5: Pay Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card and net banking
STEP 6: Print Confirmation page for record and future reference.
