CBSE Board has announced to cancel Board Exams of Class 10th & 12th remaining ones. On Thursday CBSE Board decides to cancel 10th and 12th exams scheduled between July 1 to 15, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed in Supreme Court. In afternoon session hearing on the matter of reamining CBSE Exams for Class X and XII, the decision to scrap all remaining examinations, taken by Solicitor General. Earlier Supreme Court had asked CBSE Board last week to consider scrapping the remaining examinations of class 10 and Class 12 board due to increase in Covid19 positive cases in severla parts of the country. CBSE Board after consulting Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD) and Ministry of Home Affairs reached to a decision to cancell Class 10th and 12th exams.

The Central Board of School Education (CBSE) Examinations for class X and XII had scheduled between July 1-15 are now cancelled, CBSE told in Supreme Court on Thursday.

HRD Minister Dr Ramesh Nishank Pokhriyal on Friday released detailed guidelines for cancelled CBSE Exams.
CBSE on Thursday decided to postpone the CTET July 2020 Exam. The new dates for CTET exam shall likely available after situation becomes more conducive.

Remaining CBSE Class X board examinations stands cancelled with no provision of re-examination, Centre to SC. Earlier the exams were proposed between 1- 15 July 2020.
