CBSE Board Exams, JEE, NEET: Decision on Pending Exams Likely Today

Lakhs of students in the country are eagerly waiting for Supreme Court's hearing on the CBSE pending examinations. The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE is likely to release a notification regarding the CBSE Board exams for the Class 12 remaining papers. Reports say that the Board is expected to announce its decision today. However, until the Apex Court gives its stance on the case, the Board has to wait. The decision on CBSE examinations is also going to impact the ICSE, NEET, JEE Main, Advanced, CTET, Exams.

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, CISCE (ICSE Board) is also expected to announce its decision for the examinations scheduled in July. All other examinations such as the CTET 2020, JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020 exams have been scheduled for July. So, after SC gives its decision, it will be clear whether the exams scheduled in the month of July will be postponed or cancelled.

JEE Main, NEET Exams 2020

  • The national level entrance examinations JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020, which have been scheduled for July is likely to be postponed.
  • More than 20 million students have reportedly registered for the upcoming July exams this year.
  • JEE Main has been scheduled to be conducted from July 18 to 23 while the NEET 2020 exam date has been scheduled for July 26.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2020

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET 2020 exam has also been scheduled for July. CBSE has earlier said that the exams would be conducted on July 5 across various centres across the country. However, there is no update regarding the CTET 2020 Admit Card or any further developments so far. CBSE is expected to release a notification clarifying the CTET exam date within this week. CTET Admit Card 2020

CBSE will release the Admit Cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test soon after finalising the date of the examination. As of now, July 5th has been notified for conducting the exam. However, due to the COVID situation, the Board might have to change the CTET exam date. If everything goes well, the Board will release the CTET Admit Card on its official website. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the CBSE CTET website for further notice.

  • Visit the official CTET website
  • Click on the link for downloading admit card if activated on the website
  • Enter the registration or application number
  • Click on submit
  • The CTET Admit Card will be displayed on your screen
  • Download and take a print out of the same for reference
