On Tuesday, thousands of students launching a social-media protest demanded the cancellation of Board exams 2021 due to the surge in Coronavirus cases across the country. Students of Maharashtra joined by the students from other states and helped in trending a campaign with #cancelboardexams2021 on top of the trends on Micro-blogging site Twitter.

The campaign is launched just ahead of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha', a virtual interaction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with students, parents and teachers to be held on 7th April at 7 PM.
