Bihar Police Constable PET Dates 2020! View Required Documents & tentative dates of Physical Test

The Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar Police has announced Constable result for advt 02/2019 & going to intimate on Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The Constable written examination qualified candidates are called for PET likely to be held in July 2020. Students can check result / PET eligibility status for Bihar Police Constable 11,880 posts under (Advt 2/2019) logging to website. CSBC Bihar Police would notify in month end on Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the post of Police Constable 11,880 posts, said through notice.

On Monday June 8, 2020 Bihar Police declared the written examination result on 11,880 posts in Bihar Police / Bihar Military Police / Specialized India Reserve Corps / Bihar Industrial Security Corps etc. In declared result 5 times total candidates to vacancies are called for the Physical Test (PET). CSBC Board has said to intimate on PET dates in June end.

Bihar Police Constable PET Dates

According to the Central Selection Board, a list of 58264 candidates for written examination has been released. Bihar Police has shortlisted candidates for Physical Test in ratio of five times of total vacancies. Candidates qualified in Constable Written Examination are eligible for next stage i.e Physical Efficiency Test (PET). CSBC Board notifies to release PET date in June end. Likely in July 2020 Physical Test can be conducted for the 11880 Constable recruitment 2019-20.

Earlier Bihar Police organized the Constable Written Examination on 12 January and 8 March 2020. In June 8, 2020 declared result a total of 58,264 candidates have passed in the written exam and declared eligible for the PET.

Physical efficiency test likely to be conducted in the third week of July 2020. The Physical Ability will have to go through three events - Running, High Jump and Shot Put. Separate information regarding Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be published on newspapers / website in the last week of June 2020.

The Bihar Police Selection Board of Constable will intimate on release of Constable PET admit cards 2020 at website. By June end, Bihar Police will notify notice on schedule of PET test for written test qualified candidates. e-Admit cards will be available on website of after the Physical Test date get finalized.

Note- It is clarified that no admit card will be sent by post. 

It is mandatory for every candidate to attend the physical efficiency test on the scheduled date, otherwise they will be considered ineligible and they will not be given another opportunity. In any case, request for extension of time will not be acceptable.

On the day of physical efficiency test, the candidates will have to bring a printout of their admit card and application. Candidates are also asked to bring your original documents and their photocopies one by one.  

  1. Photo Identity Cards (i.e Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.).
  2. Educational Qualification including Certificate of Matriculation and Intermediate or equivalent examination.
  3. Caste certificate (for SC and ST candidates).
  4. Certificate regarding not joining caste-cum-creamy layer (for candidates belonging to Backward Class and Extremely Backward Classes).
  5. Certificate of Permanent Resident of Bihar State (for all reserved category candidates).
  6. Certificate to be the Home Guard (if any) of the State of Bihar.
  7. Certificate to be Gorkha (if any) of Indian origin.
  8. Certificate regarding Grandson / Granddaughter / Grandson / Granddaughter of Freedom Fighters of Bihar state.
  9. Certificate to be a member of Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

Final Merit on Physical Test Performance

Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Standard Test will be of total 100 marks. The final merit list will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained by the candidate in three events in physical qualification - running, high jump, and shot put. 

  • Scores of written examination in final merit list will not be included as per Board guidelines.
