Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued revised guidelines on the measures to be taken amid lockdown part 2. MHA detailed guidelines ten big announcements are hereby covered. As Lockdown has been extended till 3 May 2020, MHA issued revised guidelines to Public amid lockdown part 2. Guidelines are also issued by Ministries/Departments of Govt of India, State/UT governments & State/UT authorities for the containment of COVID19 in India. Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issues revised guidelines on Lockdown part 2. On Wednesday after Cabinet Meeting MHA laid down the guidelines for public and for govt departments & other sectors as briefed here-

10 Big Announcements among MHA Guidelines-

  1. COVID19 face cover is compulsory in all public places, workplaces.  
  2. Spitting in public places shall be punishable with fine.
  3. Inter-state, inter-district movement of people, metro, bus services continue to be prohibited till May 3
  4. All Educational institutions, coaching centres to remain shut till May 3
  5. All domestic, international air travel, train services to remain suspended till May 3
  6. Services provided by self-employed electricians, IT repairs, plumbers, motor mechanics, carpenters to be allowed from April 20, across all states & UTs
  7. Among food and beverages- Grocery stores, fruit, vegetables shops or carts, milk booths, poultry, meat and fish shops to remain open during lockdown.

  1. Shops of farm machinery, its spare parts, supply chain, repairs, 'Custom Hiring Centres' related to machinery to remain open from Apr 20

  3. All social, political, sports, religious functions, religious places, places of worship shall be closed for public till May 3.
