Dy CM Manish Sisodia on School Fees, Teachers’ salaries & Online education during Lockdown

No school to ask parents/ students for three months' fee, only one month's tution  fee will be asked. Online Education need to be provided to all students even of students not paying fee during lockdown said Deputy CM Sisodia. On Friday giving big relief to students and parents over school fee, Manish Sisodia in his press briefing highlighted on several points including fee charged for Government and Private Schools. Teachers' salaries and Online Classes to be facilitated by Schools during lockdown and no one should be restricted from Online Classes, Sisodia added.

No Government or Non-government school is allowed to increase in the fee, no one can increase fee without asking from Delhi Government, Deputy CM said in his briefing.

In his Press briefing Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia tells Delhi private schools that no Private schools will be allowed to increase fee during lockdown and Private schools are allowed only to charge tuition fee during lockdown. 'Private schools to charge tuition fee monthly' said Delhi Deputy Chief Minister.

Speaking on teachers' salaries Sisodja said that it is mandated to all schools to pay salaries to both contractual and full-time staff during lockdown. On Online Education Dy CM Manish Sisodia said that all students should be facilitated Online Education and even those can't pay tution fee at this time, also should be provided online education.
