Eleven Delhi Police officials sent to quarantine after Head Constable tests positive

As per report eleven Delhi Police officials have been sent to quarantine after a Head Constable of Alipur Police Station found Corona positive. On Saturday one Delhi Police Head Constable of Alipur was found Covid19 positive & later sent to quarantine. Along with Head Constable, 11 other Police personnel also sent to quarantine in Radha Swami Satsang quarantine facility.

Increasing in Covid19 cases in Delhi, the total numbers crossed 2500 mark in National Capital on Saturday. Whereas in India the Covid19 positive cases crossed 24,000 mark with 775 deaths.

Eleven Delhi Police officials sent to quarantine

On Saturday it is reported that a Head Constable of Alipur Police Station was found Corona positive. After that 11 other police officials are also been sent to quarantined in Radha Swami Satsang Byas facility. In Saturday Morning the case of Head Constable reported and following the same, eleven other Police Officials who came in contact of Head Constable, asked for precautionary quarantine.

Not being the first case in Delhi Police, before the Head Constable of Alipur PS, several Delhi Police personnel including Traffic Police Constable and CISF Constable have also found infected of Coronavirus in last one month.  
Marking the jump in Coronavirus cases Delhi has reported more than 2500 Covid19 cases with Ninety plus Containment and Hotpot zones.

  • Earlier on Friday Nine CRPF personnel were also tested positive for COVID-19 in Delhi, according to Officials.

Delhi Police officials later confirmed the case of Head Constable from Delhi's Alipur Police station who is tested Covid19 positive. In addition to HC, eleven other officials of Delhi Police have been sent to quarantine after its head constable tested positive for the novel coronavirus, report added.
