The people of Delhi have also overcome this wave of Corona in a month. Delhi Unlock process will commence on Monday
In the last 24 hours, there has been a 1.5 percent infection rate and around 1100 cases. Gradually, cases are getting reduced every day. There is no problem in getting beds in hospitals. A large number of ICUs and oxygen beds are also lying vacant.
Kejriwal said that a large number of beds are empty even among the Covid-19 centers that we had built during the time of lack of oxygen. Now it is time to slowly unlock in Delhi. Otherwise, lest people escape from Coronavirus, but die of starvation. We have to maintain a balance so that the COVID-19 does not grow and we have to try to carry out economic activities as well.
It is a lockdown till 5.00 am on Monday (31 May). Fortunately, the Coronavirus come under control. Under this, DDMA met under the chairmanship of Lieutenant Governor of Delhi today. It was decided in this meeting that Delhi should be opened gradually.
"In opening Delhi, first of all, we have to keep in mind the section of the society which are the poorest, the laborers. Workers come from many states in Delhi, we have to take care of them the most for their livelihood, so they will be given relief first. Construction and factory activities will be opened from Monday." said CM Kejriwal while speaking about Delhi unlock.
Delhi will gradually open week after week on the basis of public suggestions and expert opinions:
If it seems that in the middle of this, cases are increasing again in Delhi, then we have to stop the Delhi unlock process. You are requested to follow all the rules related to COVID-19 because only then you will be able to beat Corona and economic activities will resume in Delhi.
