Delhi Lockdown: COVID-19 goes out of control in capital city, every third person is Corona positive

As per recent reports, a total of more than 98000 tests have been conducted in Delhi NCR in the last 24 hrs, out of which almost 33% subjects have been tested COVID-19 positive. Delhi Lockdown has failed to control Coronavirus resurge in the country.

Delhi recorded the greatest spike of new 28,395 Covid-19 cases and a COVID-19 positive rate of more than 32% just now, as per the information delivered by the Delhi government's health division. With a positivity rate of 32.82%, each third individual who went through the test in Delhi was tainted with the Coronavirus.   

As indicated by the AAP govt's latest health report, 86,526 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours. Delhi's Covid-19 count reached more than 9 lakhs, while the loss of life mounted to 12,638. There are 85,575 active cases in Delhi.

The Delhi government on Tuesday revealed a major deficiency of oxygen cylinders in emergency clinics and hospitals in the public capital. The medical services foundation is the public capital has been overpowered because of the outstanding expansion in the Coronavirus cases. 

On Monday, the state govt had set up a 24-part board of trustees to guarantee the "judicious" utilization of oxygen for the treatment of COVID-19 patients. A request given by the Health Department said the 'Oxygen Audit Committee' will distinguish spaces of inefficient utilization. 

The utilization of oxygen has gone through a quantum increment with the confirmation of countless genuine patients who require oxygen support, it said.
