After release of fresh guidelines for nationwide lockdown 4.0 the chief minister of Delhi has announced detailed plan today. Delhi CM has allowed several activities includong running of DTC Buses, Cabs, e-Rickshaws, Auto-rickshaws, Cycle-Rickshah, Pvt Offices, Construction activities etc. CM on Sunday posted on Twitter that Delhi Govt to release detailed plan on Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines rolled out for fourth phase of lockdown, extended till May 31. It is expected that CM would feature plan for zone wise activities as MHA in its guidelines allowed States/ UTs to decide Red, Green, Orange, Containment and Buffer zones.
Government will prepare the detailed plan for Delhi based on the Centre's guidelines and announce it tomorrow, said Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after Centres' extension in lockdown to 4.0 mode by May 31. In his recent tweet CM said at 5:00 PM he will hold press briefing at 5:30 PM today.
Delhi CM in his press briefing stated plan to allow functioning of Public & Private sector companies, Transport services, Construction activities, Medical equipment organizations and others in thread of economic revival. We do expect slight increase in Covid-19 cases when economy reopens; we are prepared to deal with it,' said Delhi govt in its earlier tweet on social media.
Replying over the MHA fresh guidelines for lockdown 4.0 Kejriwal expressed that Centre's guidelines are largely in line with the proposal sent by Delhi govt based on suggestions of lakhs of Delhiites. We have used lockdown period to prepare our healthcare system if Corona cases increase but it is now time to relax the restrictions to some extent, said Delhi CM. However, the Delhi government also said that broadly, Centre's guidelines are in right direction of opening up economy and leaving it to states to work out the details. Moreover, Delhi govt will prepare the detailed plan for Delhi based on the Centre's guidelines and announce it tomorrow, the chief minister posted on Twitter.
On Sunday MHA issued fresh guidelines to the Ministries Departments of Government of India, State Governments and State Authorities for the lockdown 4. Earlier National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) wrote letters to all states to extend lockdown till May 31 in order to combat the novel coronavirus outbreak in the country. In its guidelines Ministry of Home Affairs also announced that categorisation of red, green, orange, Containment and Buffer zones will be decided by the respective state/union territory governments, after taking into consideration the parameters shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

By Sunday the total number of Covid-19 cases in the national capital increased to 9,333, as per MOHFW. Among the total people infected as on date, 3,926 have recovered and 129 have lost their lives.
