Delhi Coronavirus Cases Latest: As NCR sees dip in fresh COVID-19 cases, gyms and yoga institutes have been allowed to open starting from today with 50% capacity — exactly 69 days after these facilities were restricted to curb the surge of Covid-19.

The ban on weddings in public places will be allowed to but with some restrictions. However, though the number of new coronavirus cases has dipped to a one-year low, the rule of 50% of total seating and no standing in public transport has not been relaxed to keep the pandemic under check.

NCR saw 89 fresh Covid-19 cases on Sunday, the second day in a row that the figure remained below 90, with a COVID-19 positivity rate of 0.12%. The number of Covid-19 patients who recovered or got discharged in the last 24 hours remained 285, more than three times the number of fresh infections. As a result, the number of active coronavirus cases has gone down to 1,568.
