Delhi CM announced 1 Crore for Doctor dies during Coronavirus treatment

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday announced Rs 1 Crore for any Doctor, Health Worker, Police personnel on duty dye during treatment of Coronavirus patient. In his Press briefing Delhi CM on the verge of martyrdom announced One crore for any medical worker who dies in Delhi during Coronavirus patient treatment.There are other people too who are looking after Corona patients-Police, Civil Defence volunteers, teachers. If anyone contracts Corona & dies due to it, while looking after Corona patients, then it will be extended to all such people. Their families will be given Rs 1 Cr said Delhi CM.

In press meeting at 530 hours Delhi CM after sum up of Ministerial meeting announced in press briefing the one crore as compensatory amount for Health Worker/ Doctors / Delhi Police peronnel / Civil Defence volunteer who die during treatment of Coronavirus.

Delhi CM announced 1 Crore for Doctor

Delhi Govt has announced 1 Crore for every martyr. In same way if any medical worker dies in Delhi during treatment of Coronavirus patient would be given 1 Crore rupees. Family can approach Delhi Govt for any assistance. If any doctor, nurse, sanitation worker at hospital, lab technician contracts the infection and dies due to it, while attending to the patients of #COVID19, then Delhi govt will give a compensation of Rs 1 Crores to their family, added Arvind Kejriwal


The meeting was held at CM residence on Wednesday and chaired by Delhi CM Kejriwal and Health Minister Satyendra Jain. Delhi Chief Minister also said that everything is in control toll now, situation is enough.

Delhi CM added that 'If anyone looses there life in serving Covid19 patient either a Medical Doctor/ Nurse or Sanitation worker there family would be provided Rs 1 Crore as respect to their service
