To shortlist the candidates for the Physical Efficiency Test, Rajasthan Police would decide minimum cut-off marks for the Constable (GD and Driver) post. The Rajasthan Police Department would decide Category-wise and district-wise cut-off or minimum thresold criteria to qualify for the PET/ PST. The minimum cut off marks would be decided out of the total 75 marks of the Police Constable written exam, held on 6, 7, and 8 November 2020.

Police Department on November 8, 2020 concludes the OMR based written examination for the post of Police Constable (General Duty and Driver), against 5438 posts. The examination was conducted on three consecutive days in the month of November 2020 and held in multiple shifts. As many as 17 lakh candidates registered for the Rajasthan Police Constable examination which was lasted on Nov 8, 2020.

According to the reports, Rajasthan Police has successfully conducted the Constable (Driver, GD) written examination and above 80 per cent of candidates possible appeared for the OMR based written examination. The examination consisted of a total 150 questions, carrying a maximum 75 marks, were asked from the syllabus standard of matriculation level including General Knowledge (GK), General Science, Mathematics, Hindi, and Current Affairs.

In formation of the examination result, Directorate General of Police, Rajasthan would decide minimum cut off marks required to score in Constable (GD, Driver) Recruitment Examination 2020. The decision will be taken considering the reservation rules, category wise available vacancies, normalization of marks, ratio of number of applications is to number of vacancies. Here're the tentative cut-off marks likely to be scored by a candidate to qualify for the PET/ PST-

  • General- 53-60 marks
  • SC- 48-51 marks
  • ST- 39-43 marks
  • OBC- 51-54 marks
  • TSP SC- 36-40 marks

Note- Cut off marks would be decided out of total 75 marks of the Constable written examination.

Rajasthan Police Constable cut-off will be decided category-wise and candidates scoring more than thresold criteria for cut-off marks will be declared eligible for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of 15 marks. The Rajasthan Police Constable cut-off list will be prepared by panel approved from the Director of Police, Rajasthan state. There shall be district wise cut-off marks for the Constable GD and Constable Driver posts, likely to be unfolded during the declaration of Rajasthan Police Constable result.
