In light of the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the Result for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) / JEE (Main) 2020 for admission into Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Courses for the Academic Session 2020 – 21 in the NITs, IIITs and CFTIs as well as the Equivalent / Approved Engineering and Technical Institutes shall be based on the JEE (Main) (All India / State-wise) Top Ranking / Common Rank List follow the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) prescribed Counseling and Guidelines:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced at 2300 Hours of 11th September 2020 the Result for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) Paper - I / JEE (Main) 2020 Paper – I Scores encompassing All India Toppers as well as State-wise Male and Female Gender-wise Toppers in the JEE (Main) 2020 for admission into Professional Courses Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) for the Academic Session 2020 - 21.

*There is every likelihood that the General Category Candidates between 100 Percentile and Minimum Cutoff 90 Percentile (subject to meeting with other Eligibility Criteria) shall be considered Eligible for Allotment of the Seats.

The National Testing Agency JEE (Main) 2020 Toppers and those bracketed within Common Rank List (CRL) irrespective of Male and Female Genders shall be offered admission Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.) Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in 31 National Institutes of Technologies (NITs), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) and Centrally-Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) in compliance with the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) Counseling involving Choice Filling, Document Verification (DV) and Payment of Counseling and Admission Fee for allotment of the Seats.   

Admission into B.Engg and B.Technology shall be strictly based on the JEE (Main) Common Rank List with the All India Top Ranked, State-wise Top Rank holders in both Male and Female Genders. The National Testing Agency announced JEE (Main) 2020 Paper – I National Level Toppers as well as State-wise includes the following JEE (Main) All India Toppers with 100 Percentile Scores:  

24 candidates secured 100 Percentile in the NTA Joint Entrance Examination (Main) Jan - 2020 and April / September - 2020 Examination in Paper- I (B.E. / B.Tech.)

State-wise Male Toppers in JEE (Main) Paper - 1 (B.E. / B.Tech.) encompassed Total 55 Numbers

State-wise Female Toppers in JEE (Main) Paper - 1 (B.Engg. / B.Tech.) count 38 Numbers.

The National Testing Agency declared JEE (Main) 2020 Result and Score Cards / National Eligibility Ranking / All India Common Rank List (displayed Community-wise) as follows:

Admission into the Professional Bachelor / Under-Graduate Engineering (B.Engg) Technological (B.Tech.) Programs in the National Institutes of Technologies (NITs), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technologies (IIIT), other Centrally-Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), the Institutions funded by the Participating State Governments, and other Equivalent Institutions shall include the candidates’ individual performance in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination /  Class XII / Equivalent Qualifying Examination(s) encompassing the Joint Entrance Examination Scores, JEE (Main) Marks Category-wise.  

The JEE (Main) (B. E. / B. Tech.) will also be the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) and JEE (Main) Rank List for passage to the JEE (Advanced), which the candidates need to take if they (he / she) aspire for admission into the Professional Bachelor / Under-Graduate Programs offered in the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.).
