DU UG Admissions 2021: The University of Delhi after getting the cut-off lists from the participating colleges, displays the first joint cut-off list for undergraduate merit based courses on its website du.ac.in. In addition, the candidates can also check the joint college-wise first cut-off list at UG Admission Portal 2021 i.e admission.uod.ac.in. The admissions under the first list will commence on October 04, 2021 (Monday). Colleges have to complete the approvals for admission against 1st Cut-Off till October 07, 2021 (5:00 pm). However, the candidates can excercise the payment option till October 08.
The joing cut-off list along with a public notice has been dispatched at the official sites of the varsity du.ac.in and admission.uod.ac.in. The candidates whose best-of-four/three matches the cut-off have to exercise to secure the admission seat by verifying the documents and payment of fees.
According to the DU first cut-off 2021 notice, several colleges have set 100 % marks for top-notched courses in their first cut-off list. Among these Hansraj College, SCBSC, Hindu College, Ramjas College, and SRRC are in the row. Some of the colleges have reduced 0.25 to 2% their first cut-off in comparison to 2020.

Earlier in the day, several university colleges including Ramanujan College, Jesus & Mary, and DCAC, Hansraj and Hindu Colleges displayed their respecive cut-offs for B.A, B.Com, and B.Sc (program/ hons.) courses on respective sites.

According to a PTI report, the colleges were directed to send their first cut-off lists by 1 pm. However, due to unknown reasons the process was delayed. This caused stress among the candidates who were waiting for the authorities to release the cut-off on time.
Based on the proposed schedule for Delhi University merit based admissions, the second cut-off list is scheduled to release on October 09, 2021. A total of 5 cut-off lists will be released this year, followed by special-cut offs, if the seats remain vacant.
