Malaika Arora is known as 'Yoga Queen', the actor turns 47 years old today on October 23, 2020. She is a style icon for many out there. The gorgeous queen always manages to impress her fans with her looks and style. Whenever the actress steps out for an event, her style creates a statement on the mind of people and all the fashion lovers out there. 

Malaika Arora does it all, from gymming to acting to judging shows, she is an all-rounder. The actress has currently uploaded a series of Yoga on her Instagram account and that proves why she is called Yoga queen. The actress took it to her Instagram and post poses of yoga explaining what is and how it is done. 

In another post, she is seen wearing a blue training suit in which she is explaining another Yoga pose for her yoga series which is known as Malaika moves of the week. Throughout the week, she explains one yoga pose every week for its fans. This first pose which is mentioned below is Parivrtta Parsvakonasana. It is good for stronger, tighter, and sculpted abs.

The second pose which is done by her is Trikonasana. Malaika said it is her one of her favorites pose. This pose maintains physical fitness and improves overall posture and spine health.

 The post which added mentioned below is known as Naukasana. This yoga posture is good for burning fats and to strengthen back muscles and hip flexors. She furthered asked her fans to upload pictures and tag her so she can see the pictures coming.

The fourth pose is of the week is  Astavakrasana. This pose is beneficial for developing nervous control, for strengthening the wrist leg, and arms muscles. Malaika has done it so gracefully with a beautiful smile on her face and she made it look easier.

The actress has also judged many shows such as Nach Baliye, India's Got Talent and etc. The actress has recently recovered from COVID 19 and returned to work. Malaika is was one of the judge along with Terence Lewis and Geeta Kapoor at India's Best Dancer. 

Malaika is currently dating Arjun Kapoor, there has been a rumour of both to soon getting married and their fans cannot really wait for that day.
