War Box Office Collection Day 21: War became the seventh biggest film of Hindi cinema

War Box Office Collection Day 21: Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's Film continues its dream run. War could be a clear success at the box office. War was released in 4,000 screens and most successful Bollywood film of the year. With its Tuesday (October 15) box office collection, the film has dethroned Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh to become the highest grosser of the year. War film has already done the box office business of nearly Rs 280 crore, whereas Kabir Singh's lifetime collections were recorded.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the film's latest figures on Twitter. He wrote, #War crosses *lifetime biz* of #Sultan and #Padmaavat Now seventh highest grossing #Hindi film [#Hindi; Week 3] Fri 2.80 cr, Sat 4.35 cr, Sun 5.60 cr, Mon 2.10 cr. Total: ₹ 290 cr. Including #Tamil + #Telugu: ₹ 304 cr. #India biz.

In the film, actress Vaani Kapoor will also be seen playing the main character.Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's first film together War is having a golden run at the box office. The movie is directed and Produce by Siddharth Anand and Aditya Chopra.

This is YRF's third film after Sultan (2016) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) to make it to the Rs 300-crore club. What began with Aamir Khan's PK in 2014 has now turned into a yearly ritual with at least one film each year crossing the Rs 300-crore mark.
