Vikram Vedha Box Office Collection Day 3: Faces Tough Competition From PS-1!

War, Hrithik Roshan's most recent movie, scored a hundred in its first three days of release. In fact, Bang Bang, another of his films that debuted on Gandhi Jayanti, had a tremendous weekend as well, earning over ₹70 crores in box office receipts. Similar results were obtained with Krrish 3, which too passed the ₹70 crore mark. Agneepath had also reached a half-century, while Super 30 had gotten stronger and stronger by getting off to a very slow start before speeding up the pace to reach a half-century.

Vikram Vedha, on the other hand, hasn't had the same success, with collections being in the 30s and being in close proximity to Kaabil, which was released five years ago and had competition from Raees. Over the weekend, that movie made ₹38.87 crores, and as of today, Vikram Vedha has made ₹37.59 crores.

Hrithik Roshan would have definitely hoped for Vikram Vedha to be among his Top-5 openers before the movie's release by scoring at least a Super 30 score. But it hasn't fully happened, and the gap between the two movies is also rather wide.
