Thank God Box Office Collection Day 7: Fails To Get Momentum Despite Weekend

Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh's film Thank God had a "dismal" performance last week at the box office. Thank God ran into Akshay Kumar's Ram Setu, which, despite a challenging week, performed a little bit better over the weekend and saw a 20% rise in foot traffic.

The Hindi version of the Kannada film Kantara, however, has outperformed both of them, and there are rumors that it will soon replace both of the Bollywood pictures in theatres. 

According to reports, because of the appallingly poor ticket sales for Thank God and Ram Setu, theatres are reportedly drastically cutting back on the films' showings. The movie is unlikely to cross ₹50 crores mark at the Indian box office. Thank God box office collection day 7 report is here.

The film is a black comedy about a greedy man played by Sidharth who gets into an accident and ends up in "Yamlok" where Chitragupta, played by Ajay, promises him a second chance at life in exchange for playing a game.
