Super 30 Box Office Collection Day 12: Hrithik Roshan starrer remains consistent at the box office, made tax-free in Gujarat too

Super 30 Box Office Collection Day 12 - Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur starrer Super 30 has been running consistent at the box office even after facing a tough competition with the Disney animated film The Lion King, which was released on July 19. Directed by Jon Favreau, the film has earned Rs 62.65 crore in just 4 days in different versions - Hindi, English, Telugu and Tamil. Released on July 12, the film had already crossed the Rs 100-crore mark in just 10 days of its release and now the total box office collection is an impressive of Rs 109.50 crore.

Based on the life of award-winning mathematician, Anand Kumar's journey as a mentor of students from the economically weaker families, whose Super 30 programme ensures that 30 underprivileged students every year are prepared to crack the IIT entrance examinations.The film has received mixed reviews from critics and audiences, however the film's inspirational storyline has won the hearts of every personality.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film's box office collection was Rs 3.60 crore on Monday (a little dip) and Rs 3.34 crore on Tuesday, thus making a total box collection of the film crossed over the Rs 100-crore mark i.e. Rs 107.52 crore. It has become the ninth film of 2019 to achieve this feat. Super 30 is now the fourth highest-grossing film of Hrithik Roshan's career. The top 3 grossers of Hrithik's career are Krrish 3, Bang Bang and Agneepath.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted Super 30 collected $3.261 million in week 1 and $840,000 in week 2. On July 22, the film minted $91,000, taking its net overseas box office collection to $4.192 million (Rs 28.93 crore).

The film has also been declared tax-free in four five states, including Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and now tax-free in the National Capital Delhi too. This would be some sort of benefit for sure which sees in the box office collections of the film.

Produced by Phantom Films, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Reliance Entertainment. Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur, the film also stars Virendra Saxena, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Srivastava, Johny Lever, Manav Gohil and Amit Sadh in key roles.
