As per recent reports, Roohi is running at 250 screens and 500 shows currently. However, due to night-curfews and COVID-19 resurge Roohi was able to manage approx ₹30 crores in its 1 month run. As per the Roohi Box Office report, it's the only Bollywood movie to cross this mark in the COVID-19 era, movies like Mumbai Saga, Saina, and Flight have fared well at the box office.

While the Roohi Box Office report shows a positive trend for the movie, the complete story is somewhat different, Despite earning nearly ₹30 crores Roohi has not been able to break even. Roohi's production budget currently stands at around ₹35 crores and with rising COVID-19 cases and Maharashtra lockdown, the situation doesn't seem promising as per the current Roohi Box Office report.
