 Rocketry- The Nambi Effect, directed, produced, and acted by Madhavan, has one of the most continuous marketing and promotional campaigns ever developed, staying in the news throughout with several screenings taking place both abroad and in India.

It has piqued the interest of both reviewers and lawmakers, and as fate would have it, there is a lot going on in the life of India's space scientist Nambi Narayan, on whom the film is based. This is a strange coincidence that has kept the real-life hero in the news as well. The film has already received positive early reviews and is expected to do strongly from Friday to the weekend.

The film is a biographical drama based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former ISRO scientist who fought for justice for years after being wrongfully convicted of espionage. It features R. Madhavan, Simran, Rajit Kapur, Ravi Raghavendra, Misha Ghoshal, Shyam Renganathan, Karthik Kumar, Gulshan Grover, & Dinesh Prabhakar in lead roles.
