Aryan Khan Bail Rejected: Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who is in jail in the Mumbai cruise drugs case, once again got disappointed with the court. Aryan Khan's bail plea was rejected by the Mumbai Sessions Court on Wednesday, after which Aryan has approached the Bombay High Court. Mumbai Sessions Court Judge VV Patil, in an 18-page order, said that prima facie, it appears that there is evidence against Aryan Khan. Check out the reason why Aryan Khan's bail got rejected.

Reason Why Aryan Khan's Bail Got Rejected.? 

At around 2:45 pm, Judge VV Patil reached the courtroom and pronounced the operative order in just two words. He said- Bell rejected. Along with this, the bail applications of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were rejected. There are five reasons why Aryan's bail plea was rejected, which shows why the court did not release Shahrukh's son.

The court also questioned the friendship of Aryan and Arbaaz. Taking about about the reaon why Aryan Khan's bail got rejected, the court said that Aryan and Arbaaz have been friends for a long time and they were present together on the cruise. Both have also confessed to taking drugs in their statements. This shows that Aryan knew about drugs and also knew that Arbaaz had drugs in his shoes.

Aryan's lawyers argued that drugs were not recovered from Aryan's possession nor was he intoxicated. On this, the court said that even though the banned substance was not retrieved from Aryan, but 6 grams of charas was found from the accused.

Judge VV Patil, while rejecting the bail plea, said that the WhatsApp chat shows that accused No. 1 i.e. Aryan Khan was talking about drugs with unknown persons, so on first sight, it appears that the applicant and accused No. 1 are unknown persons. Dealing with banned narcotics substances.

The court said that the WhatsApp chat shows that there was a nexus between the accused No. 1 and the drug peddlers. He also has chatted with accused number 2. Apart from this, accused numbers 1 to 8 were arrested and some quantity of banned substances were found with them. NCB had received information about the rave party on the cruise. Even during interrogation, the accused have disclosed the names of the people supplying drugs. This indicates that the accused are involved in some criminal conspiracy.

Along with this, Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shovik Chakraborty were also mentioned in the court. Judge Patil found that the case was similar to that of Shovik. A WhatsApp chat of Shovik revealed that he was in contact with a drug paddler. Judge Patil said that prima facie it appears that the accused is part of a larger network. In such a situation, because the accused is part of the conspiracy, he is also responsible for whatever drugs were seized. The case of each accused cannot be separated from each others.
