Exclusive: Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty back again in new venture 'Cirkus' featuring Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez

Simba's actor-director duo Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty are coming together in a whole new venture titled "Cirkus" featuring Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma. The duo was extremely appreciated by the fans after the successful blockbuster Simba. 

It is for the first time that Pooja Hegde team up with Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh. A source from the production house spills the details on the project that has been in development over the past two months as both Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty awaited the big-screen release of 83 and Sooryavanshi respectively.

Where Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde will play Singh's love interest, Shetty has signed on several actors from his Golmaal franchise to add the comic element in the movie. It is also said that Rohit is all set to bring Ranveer Singh's First double role on the big screen. 

The movie Cirkus is said to be the screen adaptation of William Shakespeare's The Comedy Of Error. It is obviously known that Varun Sharma has the best comic timing, so it would be great to see the Ranveer and Varun altogether. Pooja Hegde also starring in Radhe Shyam featuring Prabhas.

After the blockbuster success of Simmba (2018), the duo is reuniting for a comedy, Cirkus, a screen adaptation of Shakespeare's famous play, The Comedy of Errors. Ranveer Singh, who spent the lockdown reading through scripts, will return to the sets in November to start the shooting of Bhushan Kumar and Reliance Entertainment presentation.

Whereas Ranveer is waiting for his upcoming movie 83 to release, and Rohit is waiting for Sooryavanshi featuring Akshay Kumar. Jacqueline Fernandez was last seen in Sushant Singh Rajput's Drive. 

It would be nice to see the duo altogether on the big screen.
