Priyanka Chopra becomes most searched Indian Celeb, beats Sunny Leone & Katrina

According to the latest survey suggested that Indian women celebrities are ruling the time when it is being searched the most. Priyanka Chopra Jonas has become the most searched Indian celebrity, even she's beating Sunny Leone, Katrina Kaif who was constantly the highest searched celebrity for a few years. Priyanka Chopra's search was 39 lakh in between January and April 2020.

While Priyanka Chopra's search average was 39 lakh, Sunny Leone was searched 31 lakh times between January and April 2020, according to SEMrush study. The duo defeated Salman Khan and Virat Kohli, who were the most searched male celebrities at 21 and 20 lakh respectively. The study also found that Salman Khan, Virat Kohli, and Hrithik Roshan were the three most-searched male Indian celebrities globally. Each was searched 21 lakh, 20 lakh, and 13 lakh times respectively.

Katrina Kaif became the third most searched Indian woman with 19 lakhs, while Hrithik Roshan topped Indian male celebrities with 1.3 million. Talking about Priyanka being the most searched, Semresh's communications head, Fernando Angulo, said, 'Our research shows that the most searched for Indian celebrity is not a man but a woman, whose The name is Priyanka Chopra. In the three months, the study was conducted, she was sought by nearly 20 million more people than Salman Khan - the most searched for the male celebrity in India. '

The other Indian female celebrities who were most searched were - Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Disha Patani, Sara Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna. On the other hand, the most searched Indian male celebrities in the top 10 were - Rohit Sharma, Allu Arjun, Shah Rukh Khan, Tiger Shroff, Vijay Deverakonda, MS Dhoni, and Mahesh Babu.
