Prem Geet 3 occupied around 200 screens in Nepal, 500 screens in India, and approximately 500 screens in the international market for a total of 1200 screens worldwide. It has a budget of ₹11 crores, which includes ₹6 crores for production and ₹5 crores for printing and advertising. In terms of the international market, it has been launched in the UAE, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Japan, South Korea, and many other European nations.

Prem Geet 3 received good advance reservations ahead of its debut, with 70-80% of tickets sold out on day one in the home market, and it is expected to earn ₹2 crores from there. Due to the national film day celebrations, it would see a significant number of footfalls in India as well; according to sources, 75% of the tickets were sold out for day 1. According to rumors, the film's distribution rights in India are worth ₹4 crores. It is the third part of the superhit Prem Geet franchise. It is expected to break even over the weekend, with a clean hit emerging. It has been in the works for a long time and has had its release dates pushed back twice due to the Covid pandemic.
