New Delhi, Jnn. The Delhi High Court has dealt a big blow to Krishna Kishore Singh, father of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. During the hearing, the Delhi High Court dismissed the petition filed by Krishan Kishore Singh, seeking a stay on the film on the actor's life.
A film is being made on the life of Sushant Singh, whose name is 'Nyay: The Justice'. But this film has been mired in controversies even before its release. Sushant's father KK Singh had filed a petition against the film being made on his son. In the petition, Sushant's father had urged anyone to stop the use of his son's name or similar name in the film. Now, while delivering the verdict on this, the Delhi High Court has dismissed his petition.
The verdict was delivered on the petition of Sushant Singh Rajput's father, in which he had sought a ban on the production and release of four films on Sushant's life. These films include 'Nyay: The Justice', 'Suicide or Murder: A Star Was Lost', 'Shashank' and an untitled film. A bench of Justice Sanjeev Narula gave its verdict on this petition.
Let us tell you, the release date of the film 'Nyay: The Justice' is June 11. The film can now be released after the court's decision. The shooting of Dilip Gulati's directorial 'Nyay: The Justice' has been completed recently.
In the film, TV actor Zubair Khan will be seen in the role of a character inspired by Sushant Singh Rajput, while Shreya Shukla will be seen in the role of Rhea Chakraborty. On the other hand, Shakti Kapoor will play the character of Narcotics Control Bureau Chief Rakesh Asthana in this film.
