Mrs. Serial Killer Review and Rating: All about Jacqueline Fernandes crime thriller

Jacqueline Fernandes’s starrer Mrs. Serial Killer released today, Mrs. Serial Killer is an Indian crime thriller film. Its produced by as an Original for Netflix, the film is written and directed by Shirish Kunder and produced by his wife Farah Khan. The film starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Manoj Bajpayee, and Mohit Raina in the main important roles while Aamir Khan's niece Zayn Marie makes her acting debut appearance in a film. This web series also marks second digital appearance for Jacqueline Fernandes’s who was last seen in Drive, also her first collaboration with Netflix.

Mrs. Serial Killer Story

Jacqueline Fernandes plays the title role of the film as the most important role. The film is scheduled to stream on Netflix on 1 May coinciding with the May Day. The story revolves around a doctor played by Manoj Bajpayee and his wife Shona played by Jacqueline, and a police investigator Imran Shahid played by Mohit Raina. The series begins with an investigation into the murder of 6 missing girls. The Doctor's old house, at the first hearing of the case, the Doctor's bail is rejected since all the evidence is against the doctor, now the lawyer advises that in order to prove the flawlessness of her husband, the Shona has to prove that the murders they are committed by someone else. There we also have an angle of the love triangle, Imran Shahid played by Mohit Raina is a former lover of Shona. With all the twists and turns, the story keeps you connected to the series, until the end, you can't decide who the real killer is. In the end, we will see an unconvincing story and that will ruin everything.

This is the first time that we will see Jacqueline in an avatar never seen before and yes, it is amazing. In an exclusive conversation before the movie came outlive, we asked him along with Manoj Bajpayee and Mohit Raina about the dark emotion they had to touch to play their roles. While Manoj said he was a happy puppy in this movie, Jacqueline mentioned that she had to prepare really hard for the role because there was not a single happy moment in it.

Jacqueline also added, hilariously, that she would go through such extreme extremes perhaps only for her family. The actress also revealed that she is extremely excited to see how the audience reacts.

Manoj Bajpayee is one of the best actors in the film industry. In this film too, he had to shine and he did. But an actor cannot save an entire film. There were layers in his character, which would be awesome if opened up layer by layer. Likewise, Mohit Raina has done a good job in the role of Imran Shahid. But even he could not save this film. He himself could not manage his performance till the end.
