A day after shooting in Hyderabad, actress Kangana Ranaut is back in Manali to enjoy "Himalayan Autumn". She tweeted "Hydrabad was beautifully pleasant, here back in Himalayas autumn is melting into winters when the sun shines like this it creates an enchanting glow, slight cold blended with the warmth of the morning sun makes one intoxicated Slightly smiling face.
Kangana has started shooting for her upcoming film “Thalaivi”. The actress is representing the biopic of the late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalitha. Kangana gave her fans a glimpse of her most awaited film on social media.
She shared her mesmerizing black and white pictures where she is shooting a political phase of the late Chief Minister Jayalalitha. In the shared pictures, she is wearing a saree and a bindi, looking like a politician.
Kangana along with pictures on Instagram, also wrote “With the blessings of Jaya Ma we completed one more schedule of Thalaivi- the revolutionary leader. After corona, many things are different but between action and before cut nothing changes. Thank you team @vishnuinduri @shaaileshrsingh #alvijay.”
Thalaivi has announced to its screens on 26th June 2020 but due to Covid-19 the directors could not complete the shooting on time and now the release date is postponed. According to the reports, the directors of "Thalaivi" want this movie to be one of the most awaited movies of 2020. The directors have prepared a huge promotion for the next six months. They have planned to release more looks of actress "Kangana Ranaut" within every 15 to 20 days.
Previously, she also posted her still pictures along with the director "Thalaivi". She tweeted "Good morning friends, these are some stills from yesterday’s early morning scene discussion with my absolutely talented and most affectionate director A.L Vijay Ji, there are many amazing places in this world but the most soothing and comforting to me is a film set #Thalaivi".

Thalaivi is coming into two other languages apart from Hindi, which are Tamil and Telugu. It is directed by AL Vijay. Arvind Swami is also featured in the role of late politician MG Ramachandran also known as MGR. Kangana took a long gap from Tamil movies after working with Jayam Ravi on Dhaam Dhoom and now she is back after 12 years.
