Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut often makes headlines for one reason or the other. Sometimes Kangana comes into the limelight due to her outspoken statements, and sometimes she gets stuck in a legal matter. Now once again Kangana has reached the Bombay High Court and she is in the headlines for this.

Actually, this matter is about the renewal of Kangana's passport, due to which Kangana reached the court. Now the news is coming that Kangana has got no relief from the Bombay High Court in the passport renewal case.

Refusing to hear the matter immediately, the High Court has adjourned the hearing till June 25. The Bombay High Court, while hearing the petition of Kangana Ranaut, said that the actress has filed a wrong petition. 

The High Court said that when the passport is expiring, why has the petition been filed at the last moment? Let us tell you, the Regional Passport Office had refused to renew Kangana's passport, objecting to it. 

Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui presented Kangana Ranaut's side in the court. He said that while filling the form for renewal, the passport office has said that it cannot be done. But there is nothing in writing about it, it has all been done orally. The Passport Authority has said that if NOC is received from the High Court, then they will renew it.

Kangana Ranaut was to go to Budapest, Hungary from 15 June to 20 August 2021 for the shooting of her film 'Dhaakad'. The Passport Office has sought a court's direction to renew Kangana's passport as she is facing charges of spreading hatred among communities, spreading communalism, posting objectionable tweets, and sedition.
