"Jhootha Kahin Ka" is a Bollywood movie which  is set to be released on July 19, 2019. Directed by Smeep Kang, the film starring Rishi Kapoor, Jimmy Sheirgil, Manoj Joshi, Nimisha MehtaSunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor in lead roles. The film is about several men basing their lives on humiliating lies, but while the subject matter - a comedy of complicated errors - isn't shameful, the treatment and the performances make it a little bit of dirty. When a man repeatedly growls at his wife, accusing her of having affairs and declaring that his daughter can't be his own, it shows a meanness of spirit that does not belong in comedy.

Story:
Varun (Omkar Kapoor) can't get along with his farmer dad Yograj (Rishi Kapoor) in Punjab and goes back to Mauritius in search of a job. Soon we find him lying his way through to get married to Riya (Nimisha Mehta). One lie leads to another and it's no holds barred when his father decides to come calling.

Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor are just about fine and to be honest, there wasn't much for them to do. Rishi Kapoor has performed well and is often funny. Most of the comedy is delivered at full volume. There are moments when Rishi Kapoor's voice seems to be coming from the next seat rather than the screen and Manoj Joshi appears to be on the verge of a heart attack with all the excitement. The extended climax, which herds all the characters together in the same space and lets them have it out with each other, would have been better if it were sharper and shorter.

The background score is bad. It's problematic when the music is used in the film to inform the audience that a scene is funny. The cinematography is good. Editing is below average. The movie should have been 20 minutes shorter. The songs are okay though Saturday Night is little memorable in the film. So, we can say that "Jhootha Kahin Ka" is more dull than funny as not on the proper expectations from the film.

Jhootha Kahin Ka also features Jimmy Sheirgill, Lillete Dubey and Manoj Joshi. It is scheduled to be release on July 19, 2019.
