With Yash Raj Productions' Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Ranveer Singh returns to the big screen. The film, which marks Divyang Thakkar's directorial debut, was released in theatres on May 13th (Friday). Ranveer Singh portrays Jayeshbhai, a Gujarati child who is quick-witted and has his heart in the right place. With an acceptable runtime of 2 hours and 4 minutes, the CBFC certified the social comedy U/A. Shalini Pandey of 'Arjun Reddy' fame also appears in the film. 

Yash Raj Films and Maneesh Sharma are producing the upcoming social comedy, which stars Ranveer Singh as Jayeshbhai, the son of a village head who is under pressure from his family to produce a male successor. When his family learns the gender of his unborn kid, they intend to terminate the pregnancy, pushing the mild-mannered Jayeshbhai to finally take charge.
