International Yoga Day 2020: Here are special Yoga positions that Malaika Arora suggests for beginners

On the occassion of International Yoga Day (June 21), one of the fittest celebrity in Bollywood industry Malaika Arora suggests special Yoga positions to female and beginners. Working on her passion of Yoga, actress Malaika Arora has started Yoga studio in Mumbai & as a start-up has received huge love from fans and yoga passionate men and women. As International Yoga Day has been accepted and recognized by United Nations on 11 December 2014, Indian Yoga is being performed across the globe. To keep the inner health and mental strengh balanced actress Malaika Arora has brought several Yoga poses and postures for beginners.

International Yoga Day: It is being celebrated on June 21 of every year since 2014 under the resolution 69/131 of United Nations.
