The midweek box office performance of Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, is stable. Early estimates indicate that the film made between Rs. 10.35 and Rs. 11.35 crores on Wednesday, bringing its six-day total to about ₹164 crores. The movie will end its first week with receipts of more than ₹170 crores, which is the greatest opening week total for a Bollywood movie since the epidemic. Brahmastra box office collection 7 numbers are expected to be less than ₹10 crores, somewhere in the range of ₹7.5-8 crores.

The movie is performing remarkably well in the three national chains—PVR, INOX, and CINEPOLIS—while the mass belts are experiencing larger-than-normal reductions in attendance overall. Despite the declines over the week, Brahmastra will still have a high first-week total, largely because of the outstanding performance during the first weekend. Brahmastra is doing similarly to a Hollywood movie, which performs well on weekends but continuously suffers on weekdays.
