Bhuj: The Pride of India, a Hindi language film that is directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Gunny Khanuja, Abhishek Dudhaiya, Krishan Kumar, and Kumar Mangat. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, and Nora Fatehi in the leading role along with other prominent actors such as Sharad Kelkar, Mahesh Shetty, Ammy Virk, and Pranitha Subhash.
The trailer of Bhuj: The Pride of India is not released yet, the film is going to release this year in 2020 on Disney+ Hotstar. The film is created to show the backdrop of the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971. The film features Ajay Devgn in the lead role, who is playing the role of Indian Air Force squadron leader Vijay Karnik.
Ajay Devgn plays the in charge of the Bhuj airbase who request 300 women to reconstruct the air-strip during the Indo-Pak war, so the Indian officers could land safely without any injury. Sonakshi Sinha will be playing the role of Sunderben Jetha Madharparya who is a social worker and a farmer.

Sonakshi plays one of the most vital roles in the movie, she convinces all the other 299 women to reconstruct the air-strip runway for the Indian officers. Parineeti Chopra will play the role of an Indian spy who will be living in Lahore whereas Bhuj: The Pride of India, is the first Bollywood debut film for Pranitha Subhash.
Bhushan Kumar, the producer of the film Bhuj: The Pride of India, had earlier said in a statement that "This courageous tale needs to be told because we want the current and the coming generation to know about this brave soldier, Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who played a significant role in India’s victory in the 1971 war. He was heroic enough to take this bold step of involving civilians in a war. Also, who better than Ajay Devgn for the role of Vijay Karnik?"
