Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is in jail in the cruise drugs case. Aryan's bail plea is to be heard in the Bombay High Court on October 26. Till now Aryan's bail plea has been rejected by Special NDPS Court and Sessions Court. Shahrukh Khan and Aryan's lawyer are constantly trying to get Aryan bail as soon as possible but it is not so easy. If the court does not give any decision on bail in four days i.e. till October 29, then Aryan may have to remain in jail till November 15.

If this happens, Aryan will remain in jail till November 15.

In such a situation, he will not be able to go to his home on Diwali. The petition was filed in the High Court on the same day after the bail was rejected by the NDPS Court on October 20. In such a situation, if the court does not grant bail to Aryan by October 29, then he will have to remain in jail till November 15.

Actually, the court is open till Friday 29 October. After this, Saturday and Sunday are closed on 30, 31. On the other hand, judges will not be present from November 1 to November 15 due to the Diwali holidays. In such a situation, if the decision does not come first, then Aryan will have to celebrate Diwali this time not at home but in the jail itself.

The filing of the case takes place in the court on Saturday and the chances of hearing are less. However, if the judge decides at the last minute, then the special court can hear. Now if Aryan's bail plea is rejected in this, then he will now have to file his petition in the Supreme Court.

There is also a possibility that like the NDPS court, the High Court should reserve the decision on bail till November 15. However, this is unlikely to happen. Actually, after Diwali, the roster of the judges will change and then if a new judge comes on the bench, then it is not possible to put all the arguments before them. Either the High Court can grant bail or it can reject it.

There is a rule under section 21 that the decisions of bail cannot stay for a long time. In this, the court has to deliver the decision quickly. If Aryan does not get relief from the High Court, then this matter will again reach the Supreme Court. The court has a holiday from November 1 to November 7.

In such a situation, there are opportunities to hear Aryan's bail plea even during the holidays. As soon as the bail is rejected from the High Court, a copy of the order will have to be placed in the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court finds this matter important, then the hearing can be held in the Special Court.
