Alia and Ranbir postponed the wedding to next year. It was expected to happen in 2020 after releasing its first movie Brahmastra. However, the film is postponed due to the Covid outbreak and the death of Rishi Kapoor.
According to the latest post by Pinkvilla, the couple has decided to tie the knot next year in 2020. At the time of Rishi Kapoor's death, Alia has stood like a pillar to the Kapoor family. Both have always been seen together at family gatherings.
Before the pandemic, the actress Alia Bhatt was spotted at the airport. One of the camerapersons asked Alia about the rumored marriage date. He asked, "Madam Ek Khabar mili hai, confirmed hai kya? 22 January 2020.”
In response, Alia Bhatt laughed out and walked towards the gate. She turned and said, "kya batoon'' and then walked off.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are going to be seen together for the first time in their upcoming movie "Brahmastra". Brahmastra movie was all scheduled to be on screen this year but due to the coronavirus outbreak movie is postponed to 2021. It is just about a matter of time when both will announce the date of their wedding and make it official.
