Well, our skin has amazing protective responses to all the harmful rays and chemicals. Our skin produces melanin in the deepest layers of the epidermis that gives the skin its original color. Melanin protects the skin from harmful ultraviolet light. Our skin gets tanned because our skin exposes to the sun and it moves up to the upper layer of skin and skin surface. 1. Take a lukewarm bath

Always use lukewarm water to take shower and wash your face because a hot shower keeps your skin dry and if you do not apply moisturizer immediately after taking a hot shower it will develop cracks and skin allergies such as eczema. Once you are done taking a lukewarm water shower apply a moisturizer that contains hyaluronic acid and ceramides which help in keeping your skin healthy and prevent dryness.
