National Testing Agency (NTA) to display UGC NET June 2020 answer key after successful conduct of Online Computer Based Examination. To help students appearing for the UGC NET Sept-October scheduled exams, a detailed paper analysis of Sept 25, Paper 1 & 2 has been published. Candidates appearing for the NTA UGC NET 2020 September 25, online exam can view the Paper 1 / Paper 2 analysis (Subject wise) along with safety instructions followed at the Examination hall. A detailed report on UGC NET Sept 25 Paper 1 (General Paper) and Paper 2 (Subject specific) carrying students' reactions, safety standards and paper structure would be displayed shortly.
All the candidates were provided a fresh mask. Candidates were asked to change the mask with the one provided at the centre. Students were permitted only carrying Admit Card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA website (a clear printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in, original and valid Photo Identification Proof , A Ball Point Pen, Photograph, Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), Transparent water bottle etc. Following the SOP, before examination shift and after last shift concludes, seating area was thoroughly sanitized.
According to Hindustan Times NTA has decided to conduct UGC NET June 2020 Online exam on September 24, 25, 29 and 30, October 1, 7, 9, 17, 21, 22, 23 and November 5, 2020. The examination will be held in two shifts first starting from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and second shift from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. UGC NET 2020 Exam will be conducted in 81 subjects to determine the candidate’s eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor and JRF or Assistant Professor both for the Indian Universities and Colleges. UGC NET 2020 September 25 Paper I and II conducted in a single session.
The NTA will display Provisional Answer Key of the questions on the NTA website ugcnet.nta.nic.in to provide an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Key. The Answer Keys are likely to be displayed for two to three days. The Candidates will be given an opportunity to make a challenge online against the Provisional Answer Key on payment of Rs 1000/- per question challenged as processing charges.

UGC NET Paper 1 Analysis:
Paper-I covered a total 50 Questions of Objective Type (Multiple choice based) with True/ False and Assertion-Reasoning type. Paper 1 has a totla 100 marks as maximum. Each section gets equal weightage i.e 5 questions and 10 marks for each section. Marking scheme of 2 marks for each correct answer and no negative markingin for wrong / blank answers, is followed.
UGC NET 25 Sept Paper 2 Analysis:
UGC NET Paper 2 carrying a total 100 questions from Subject specific, held successfully. On Sept 25, subjects included Comparative Literature, Criminology, Folk Literature, Forensic Science, French (French Version), Museology & Conservation, Psychology, Tourism Administration and Management, Archaeology, Human Rights and Duties, Library and Information Science, Philosophy and Political Science.
