The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) would release the answer key for Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) online paper 1, held on 19 November. Commission shall display JHT and SHT paper 1 (computer-based test) provisional answer key with an aim to invite challenges against it. Candidates appear for the SSC JHT / SHT online exam on 19 November can check the availability of the answer key, response sheets, and intimation regarding challenges at the website.
SSC Commission on Thursday successfully conducts computer-based test for the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2020, Paper 1. The online examination is conducted following the social-distancing norms and proper safety guidelines at all the examination centres, across the country. Here, candidates can have a look at the experts' view on exam difficulty level, students' reaction after the examination and overall level of the paper.
According to the report, candidates were seen wearing face masks/ shields at the examination centres. Candidates were allowed only wearing face masks and bringing own sanitizer/ transparent water bottles inside the examination hall. A proper sanitization was carried out ahead of the each shift of examination, report adds.
The Junior Hindi Translator, Hindi Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator 2020 exam was consisted of 100 Objective Type questions on General Hindi or General English for the respective categories. Paper 1 examination was conducted in Computer Based mode, for the Recruitment of 283 posts of Junior Translator/ Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) and Senior Hindi Translator (SHT). Based on the anticipations from the experts, staff selection commission (SSC) shall likely release provisional Answer key within 7 days of the Junior Hindi Translator and Senior Hindi Translator examination 2020.
SSC JHT 19 November Paper Analysis:
Paper 1 Online exam was esigned to test the candidate’s understanding of the English / Hind language and literature, correct use of words, idioms & phrases, and ability to write the languages correctly, precisely and effectively. The questions will be of degree level. There is negative marking in Paper 1. A total 0.25 marks would be deducted for every wrong answer marked by a candidate.
SSC JHT Paper 1 exam was consisted of 100 Questions of General Hindi and similar number of questions of General English. The duration of the online computer based examination was 2 hours. In English section question were asked from Comprehensive Passage, Idioms, Phrases & Proverbs with Hindi Meanings whereas, in Hindi questions were from Hindi Vyakaran, Hindi Literature, General Hindi and concise grammar.
