RRB NTPC Phase 5, Day 1 Analysis: 4th March 1st Shift Paper ends with Moderate, A report

Railway Recruitment Boards has successfully conducted 1st shift examination for 5th Phase day 1 for NTPC. The examination is held successfully at the designated centres maintaining social distancing. An analysis of the 1st shift paper is shared below.

RRBs on behalf of Indian Railways has successfully conducted the NTPC 1st shift exam for Day 1 of Phase 5. The examination is reportedly held maintaining social distancing and lasted at 12:00 noon with an average level of paper difficulty. According to the reports, the 4th March morning session exam consisted of Multiple Choice Type questions from General Awareness, Reasoning and Numerical Aptitude.

On Thursday, the 4th of March RRBs began the 5th Phase NTPC examination commenced at 10:30 AM for the morning session. Candidates who are asked to appear for the NTPC 5th Phase exam have already been issued their call letters through websites of the respective Railway boards.

It is reported that the first shift exam of March 4, 2021, is over with approximately 65 percent attendance. As the examination is over a review of the 1st shift exam is hereby provided.

The candidates coming out of the exam centers have reportedly told that the level of the Saturday held 1st shift paper was 'Moderate'. As many as 100 questions were asked from three sections- General Awareness, Reasoning and General Intelligence, and Mathematics. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer, to be marked by a candidate in CBT 1.

There were 40 questions from the General Awareness section followed by 30 each of Mathematics and Reasoning. Candidates were given a total of 90 minutes time duration to attempt the Computer-based test.

RRB NTPC 4th March, 1st Shift Paper Analysis:

According to a candidate, the overall level of first shift examination is moderate. The level of the multiple-choice based questions from the Mathematics section was moderate to difficult, questions from reasoning were comparatively easy. Questions from the GK section were from different sections including Static GK, Science, Current Affairs, Computer Applications & Full-forms, and comparatively easier to other two sections.
