Indian Railways on Monday conducts RRB NTPC online computer-based exam in two shifts. The examination of the 2nd Shift or Evening session is reportedly over at 5:00 PM with an average level of paper difficulty. According to the candidates the 1st February Evening session exam was of moderate level with easy questions from GK and Reasoning followed by a few tricky ones from the Mathematics section.
After the NTPC CBT 1 exam for the 2nd shift of February 1, 2021, is over a review of Phase 3 computer-based exam 2nd Shift paper is hereby provided. According to the reports, NTPC February 1, second shift online examination is organized successfully at the centres designated by the RRBs. The examination is conducted as per guidelines of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. The candidates who were to appear for the RRB NTPC phase 3 exam were instructed to have face mask/ cover on the face.
The candidates coming out of the exam centres reportedly told that the first shift examination was of moderate level. As many as 100 questions were asked from three sections- General Awareness, Reasoning and General Intelligence, and Mathematics. There is negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer, to be marked by a candidate in CBT 1.
NTPC CBT question paper consisted of a total of 100 Multiple choice based Objective type questions carrying 1 mark each. There were 40 questions from General Awareness section followed by 30 each of Mathematics and Reasoning. Candidates were given a total of 90 minutes time duration to attempt the Computer-based test.
Shift 2nd Difficulty Level- According to a candidate, the overall level of first shift examination was easy. Questions from the Mathematics section were of moderate level, Reasoning was easy followed by General Awareness in which except a few questions, questions were of easy to moderate level.
As per the initial reports received, the question paper was easy to a moderate level, except 4 to 5 questions asked were a bit tricky.
