RRB NTPC 1st March Analysis: Shift 1 and 2 Paper Review, Answer Key and Difficulty Level

Railway Recruitment Boards conducts the NTPC CBT exam on 1st March, under phase 4 examination. The Morning shift examination lasted at 12:00 Noon. An analysis of the paper on basis of the responses provided by the students is hereby shared.

The Railway Recruitment Boards on Monday, 1st March successfully conduct NTPC Computer Based Test, for the 1st shift (Morning session). The online examination is conducted following the guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. Candidates who appear for the NTPC 1st March online exam in shift 1 or 2 have a look at the Analysis of the first and second shift exam. A review of the questions that are asked in NTPC 01/03/2021 first shift along with paper difficulty and candidates' review are facilitated.

According to the reports, Recruitment boards hold Computer-based exam for phase 4 on Monday, 1st March. As the examination is over at 12:00 noon for the 1st shift, a review of the Paper is explained. The analysis is entirely based on the questions asked from General Awareness, Mathematics, and Reasoning section according to students' memories.

Note- Analysis is purely based on views expressed by the candidates, doesn't subject to Official interpretation. Candidates will be issued an official answer key online at the website of the RRBs. 

Speaking to the candidates a review of the 1st March NTPC CBT 1 examination along with asked questions in Monday held exam is provided. A student who takes the examination on 1st March, first shift says, "The overall paper level was moderate and questions from GK were comparatively difficult to answer than questions from Reasoning and Mathematics".

Sharing his view another candidate a student told, "The Reasoning section was comparatively easier than of 28 and 29 December papers and questions of GK were asked following 4-5 questions from Current Affairs". It is also told that 2-3 questions based on Full Forms are being asked in each shift. Weightage of Computer questions is also varying between 1-5, another student from the exam centre said.

The questions that were asked in the 1st shift examination along with the un-official Answer key of the RRB NTPC stage 1 exam is hereby provided. A report from the designated test centres has also been put-forth.

NTPC 1st March Shift 1 Paper Analysis:

As many as 100 Multiple Choice Type Questions were asked in the first shift examination. Analysis of the paper is as follows.

General Awareness: 40 questions have been asked from the section. About 4-5 questions from Current affairs followed by static GK, Defence Exercises, United Organizations were asked in 1st shift online examination.

General Intelligence and Reasoning: As many as 30 questions were asked from the section. Overall the level was moderate except for a few questions from Sitting arrangement, Table was time-consuming. Questions from Puzzle, Coding-Decoding, Non-Verbal reasoning were asked in the majority in 1st shift Online examination.

Quantitative Aptitude: A total of 30 questions in Objective type format were asked including of more than 4 questions were asked from the Number system, Mensuration, Time and Distance, 2 Questions from BODMAS, Train-Speed, Data Interpretation, Geometry, Simple and Compound Interest.
