Railways Recruitment Boards on Monday, February 15 hold NTPC CBT 1 exam for Phase IV. The computer-based examination is reportedly held at centers designated by the RRB Chennai. As the students coming out from the exam centers and the views they provide on difficulty level, a portion of questions asked from the particular sections are being shared.
According to the students, the Afternoon session examination lasted at 5:00 PM with an overall difficulty level of moderate to difficult. The multiple-choice type questions from the General Awareness section (including Static GK & Current Affairs) is comparatively difficult than Reasoning and Mathematics.
The online examination consisted of a total of 100 MCQs as asked in Objective type format, each carrying 1 mark. There were 40 questions from the General Awareness (GA) section, 30 questions from Mathematics followed by a similar number of questions from the Mathematics. Candidates were given a total of 1 and half hours (90 minutes) to attempt the questions on the computer screen.
As per the initial reports received, the paper was moderate to difficult level. A couple of questions from General Awareness and Reasoning were tricky.
