The Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) on Sunday conducted Nursing Officer exam at designated centres. The examination is held following the social-distancing and other Covid19 related guidelines. The candidates who appear for February 7, 2021 (Sunday) held Nursing Officer Exam in Odisha can check the availability of Answer key at the official website of the Commission. An analysis of the Question paper alongside students responses is shared hereunder.
After holding the examination OSSSC would display the Answer key at its official website. The candidates who appear for the 7 February held Nursing Officer OMR based written examination. Applicants shall check/download the official answer key from the website. Likely within 3 days of exam Commission shall issue the Nursing Officer Answer key 2020. Intimation in regarding the upload of answer key/objections would be uploaded at www.osssc.gov.in.
According to the reports OSSSC conducted the Nursing Officer Examination for the recruitment against 6432 posts in district establishment, 8 Medical colleges & Hospitals under Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Odisha. The exam is reportedly held following the social distancing guidelines issued by the MHA, Govt. of India.
Earlier in view of the evolving situation related to COVID-19 outbreak, OSSSC re-scheduled the Nursing Officer examination and shifted to February 2021. At allotted centres the exam is conducted successfully following the strict norms issued to the candidates and the staff.
On Sunday, 7th February 2020 OSSSC conducted Nursing Officer Exam 2020-21 in more than 30 cities across the Odisha state. Implementing the norms of social distancing by allowing 50% fewer candidates per available centre & increase in the number of exam centres. Within the constraints of logistics, all efforts were being made to allocate cities opted by the candidates, said Institute over reports of Entrance Exam.
OSSSC Nursing Officer 7 Feb Paper Analysis:
As many as 100 Questions in multiple-choice based format were asked from the candidates to Answer the examination. The maximum mark allotted for the Nursing Officer exam was 100 marks. Time allocated for the exam was 2 hours (120 minutes). There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
As the reports coming in the Overall level of the exam was "easy to moderate", an expert said after the Nursing Officer examination. Detailed analysis of the Paper & official Answer key will be made available shortly after the facilitation made by the OSSSC.
